He also announced that the result will be released after 60 days of the last paper which was conducted on the 26th July 2024, which the results will be released at the end of August but it has been postponed to on Monday 16th September 2024. Professor Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi stated that neco result was postponed because the examination Board is trying to avoid error and give a fair and transparent results to all it candidate, and trying to make way for easy accessibility of results when released. He also revealed that almost 50,066 candidates out of 75,000 passed the exam and have obtained a good credit in their subject including general and key subjects.
